Founded in 2000 in Klagenfurt, Austria, iLogs now employs more than 100 people across Vienna, Klagenfurt, Zug, Paris, and New York. They provide information logistics solutions for over 500 global businesses spanning transport infrastructure, healthcare, parking and mobility, and organisations with large mobile workforces.
When Kew Consulting was founded in 2017, iLogs became our first client. We continue to augment their internal teams, bringing requirement engineering, proof-of-concept work, and development capacity for their ParkingHQ software suite and other customer projects.

Challenge
iLogs’ ParkingHQ platform combines an intuitive customer experience, powerful eCommerce workflows, and a unified back-office portal. To keep delivering customisations for car park operators and other clients, the team needed additional engineers who understood both their systems and industry best practices.

Solution
We operate as an extended part of the iLogs team. Project managers engage us with clearly defined requirements for specific customers, and we provide effort estimates, proofs of concept, and detailed specifications. Once approved, we deliver development work on time, on budget, and to the high standards their clients expect.
After internal QA, we package deployments and hand over to the iLogs Operations Team, remaining available to support further testing and customer rollout.
