Sprengnetter is a market leader in property valuation data across Germany. Their in-house team of infrastructure architects, backend developers, project managers, and designers asked us to accelerate the front-end work on the latest Sprengnetter Maps product.

We embedded alongside their specialists to prototype new UX flows, implement live data integrations, and package the experience as both a full application and an embeddable widget.

Engagement timeline

  1. Sprint 0 (2 weeks): One Kew engineer built a static-data showcase to prove the Maps UX and gather immediate feedback from stakeholders.
  2. Production delivery: Following sign-off we expanded to a blended squad of 3-4 front-end specialists, pairing daily with Sprengnetter’s architects and backend developers.
  3. Widget rollout: We productised core map features into an embeddable component so Sprengnetter customers could add curated map insights to their own websites.

Our approach

We operated as an extension of the Sprengnetter Maps team, aligning our stand-ups, backlog, and code reviews with their internal processes. With Angular we established a shared component library that mirrored the designer’s system and accelerated delivery once the squad scaled up.

Because infrastructure and backend services were already in place, our focus was to expose their capabilities through intuitive front-end interactions, resilient API orchestration, and polished loading/error states suitable for enterprise users.
